Once you make your first sale and are officially certified you will become partner of the company. Your focus will be to develop your sales ability and generate high commission. Your Target should be to reach the top 20% of our income earners.
Upon hitting your next level benchmarks, you will be promoted to Sales Executive and unlock the Executive Cash Bonus. This position is achieved by showing a high-level understanding of sales and requires you to raise your standards within the company.
This position requires you to be chosen by the Founder's Council. You must possess strong leadership qualities which express our 3 core values: Great Character, Unbreakable Commitment & Open Communication. This position will bring along your newfound responsibilities of recruiting, hiring and training.
After successfully hiring and getting your Trainees certified you will now have reached the Junior Partner position. This position requires a high-level understanding of how to operate a business and lead a successful team. You will unlock the second tier of team commission and eligibility for the luxury car bonus. The goal of this position is to lead your team to shatter sales records, elevate brand awareness, increase market share, and do so by fueling immediate and sustained business revenue and profit growth.
This position requires mastery of sales, team building and team management. You will unlock the third and final tier of team commission along with eligibility to franchise your own office space. You will receive direct mentorship from the Founder & Managing Partners while being responsible for maintaining the mission statement and integrity of the company.
As a Managing Partner, you will oversee day-to-day operations of your own branch while being responsible for; Setting strategic goals and objectives, supervising daily activities, monitoring performance, and driving business growth. A successful Managing Partner should be able to purposefully guide business operations and employees to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
