Eduardo had no experience in sales but was selected by Axe Elite in January of 2021. Eduardo started his career as a Sales Associate learning everything about sales and was then promoted to Senior Consultant becoming one of the best closers in the company.
In 2022, Eduardo stepped into a leadership position and is today training other people on becoming the best version of themselves. For Eduardo, he completely changed his mindset from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset and is now helping his team do the same.
Eduardo has achieved many awards within Axe Elite such as closing the biggest deals, the Average to Elite Award, being selected for All-Star Team, the Young Hustler Award, and the Axecuter Award.
