Ernesto Martinez was born and raised in Hartford, CT. Son of immigrant parents who migrated from Aguascalientes, Mexico to the United States.
After taking a leap of faith and years of building the business, leading from the front, Ernesto has gained the respect of the company and is truly honored in the Spanish community.
Ernesto Martinez is a Founder Council member who currently holds the Vice President position at Axe Elite. He is one of the original partners who instituted the company on September 4th, 2018. After graduating In 2014, Ernesto initiated his entrepreneurial journey gaining 8 years + of direct sales and business management experience.
Leading one of the most diverse and strongest teams in the company, today Ernesto Martinez has branched out and has successfully developed his Sales Organization Imperial Enterprises.
Through dominating both the English and Spanish language, Ernesto has successfully recruited, hired, and trained new sales associates, while mentoring and developing new partners to reach the next level, producing new leaders from different cultures and ethnicities.
Ernesto’s goal is to transform and impact as many lives as possible by helping achieve the company’s vision, of producing the youngest and most successful entrepreneurs in the millennial and Gen Z era.
Outside of Axe Elite Ernesto also owns multiple businesses, he is a man of good faith, enjoys playing soccer, but overall loves to spend quality time with his family and friends.
