Born in Lima, Peru, Eroz immigrated to the United Sates at the age of 4 and was raised in
Hartford, CT. Starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2015 after graduating at A.I.
Prince Technical High School, Eroz was able to gain 4+ years of experience in
the sales industry.
He is one of the first five founding members of Axe Elite and part
of The Founders Council that helps make crucial decisions within the company. He
responsible for training, development, recruiting and managing client
relationships. He is also fluent in both Spanish and English and is proud to
continue contributing to the growth of the company.
Apart from the business, Eroz loves to play soccer and has received accolades for his success in his high school career. He has also played in the CSL, UPSL and other leagues in Connecticut. He is a huge FC Barcelona supporter, enjoys traveling and spending time with his family in his free time.
