TRAINEE
As a Trainee, you'll start with our structured training program that teaches you the fundamentals of sales and helps you build confidence through daily coaching and hands-on practice. Your main goal in this role is straightforward: achieve your first sale. This milestone shows you're learning, growing, and ready to become elite.
SALES ASSOCIATE
After making your first sale, you'll move into our Sales Associate position, where your focus shifts to strengthening your sales skills and regularly meeting targets. At this stage, you'll learn advanced strategies for closing deals, prospecting, and generating leads. It's a role designed to help you steadily increase your earnings and grow into one of the top performers within Axe Elite.
SALES CONSULTANT
When you reach the next set of performance goals, you'll advance to the Sales Consultant role. In this position, you'll deepen your expertise in sales techniques and begin mentoring newer team members. Your main focus will be on consistently meeting your targets, maintaining strong closing rates, and developing leadership skills. At this stage, you'll also become eligible for additional performance bonuses and start preparing yourself for future leadership opportunities within the company.
Senior sales consultant
Getting promoted to the Senior Sales Consultant position means you've demonstrated strong sales performance along with potential to lead others. In this role, you'll take on more responsibility in developing your mentoring and guidance skill. You will also work closely with leadership to help increase sales and support recruiting efforts. You'll also continue sharpening your skills in managing clients, handling objections, and closing larger sales. Your success at this level helps you grow personally while preparing you for future leadership roles.
team leader
As a Team Leader, you've shown you can consistently achieve sales and recruiting goals while demonstrating leadership aligned with our core values. In this role, you'll oversee a team of Sales Consultants and Associates, providing coaching, support, and motivation. Your main focus will be guiding your team’s development, maintaining solid performance, and fostering a positive team environment.
Director of sales
As a Director of Sales, you'll take on greater responsibility in managing both people and overall sales strategy. You'll hire, train, and lead a team that's focused on consistently achieving strong results. In this role, you'll also be eligible for additional perks, like our Luxury Car Bonus, reflecting your success in building effective sales teams. Ultimately, your goal is to continually grow the business, support your team's success, and strengthen your leadership within the company.
senior Director of sales
As a Senior Director of Sales, you've shown outstanding leadership and a consistent ability to grow successful teams. In this role, your responsibilities broaden to include managing multiple teams and making a wider impact across various markets. You'll work closely with company leadership to shape sales strategies, drive company revenue growth, and ensure overall company goals are being met. This position is a key step toward executive-level leadership.
VP OF SALES
As a Vice President, you'll step into a significant leadership role focused on strategic planning, team-building, and managing larger operations. At this stage, you'll have the opportunity to earn additional team commissions and even explore the option of opening your own Axe Elite branch. You'll also receive direct mentorship from our founder and senior leadership team, helping you grow while staying true to the company's mission and values. This role positions you to have a lasting impact on both your team and the organization.
PRESIDENT OF SALES
As President of Sales, you'll lead daily operations and guide important decisions throughout the organization. Your role involves setting strategic goals, managing budgets effectively, and promoting steady growth. You'll also play a critical role in expanding Axe Elite's presence both locally in our communities and across the nation. You'll focus on developing strong leaders within your teams, collaborating closely with other senior executives, and ensuring Axe Elite continues to grow in alignment with its core vision and values.
